Do you ever look at people who make big life decisions with a sense of certainty, and wonder how they do it?

Start the year off with intention: Don't just plan for what you want to achieve in 2021, but do it with the intention of having SELF-COMPASSION throughout the process. Self-improvement isn't always a smooth ride!
Take a mini break from the inner criticism, and admire the rest of your inner... holiday-tree-forest.
